Accessibility statement
Last updated: 1 November 2026
This is a translation of the Hebrew version, which prevails if the two differ.
We want everyone to be able to make and send a greeting with Hug4You, including people with disabilities.
Accessibility level
The website is built to Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG guidelines at level AA, and in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. A full accessibility check will be done before launch.
What we did
- The website works on phones and computers, and you can enlarge the text without losing content.
- It works in Hebrew from right to left and in English from left to right, with the correct language set on every page.
- You can navigate it with a keyboard and with screen readers, and buttons and fields have labels.
- Images have alternative text, and the colors were chosen with sufficient contrast.
- The greeting words are also shown as text on the greeting page, next to the video.
Known limitations
- The videos are spoken in Hebrew or English and have no subtitles. The greeting words are shown as text on the greeting page.
- The images and videos are made with AI and have no detailed text description.
- If you run into a problem, we will gladly help you complete the action another way, for example by email.
