This is a translation of the Hebrew version, which prevails if the two differ.

1. Who we are

The website hug4you.com ("Hug4You", "we" or "us") is operated by ART OF WALLS, an exempt dealer (עוסק פטור) registered in Israel. Email: operations@hug4you.com. The dealer's name, dealer number and address are shown before payment and in the order confirmation email.

Use of the website and the service is subject to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Hug4You makes short video greetings, 8 or 15 seconds long, for birthdays, holidays and personal occasions, using artificial intelligence (AI). You choose the occasion and write who the greeting is for, and you can add a photo and your own words. The AI does the rest: the scene, the words, the music and the style.

The greeters in the videos are AI characters, not real people. You can also get an image first, free of charge, up to 3 versions per greeting and up to 6 a day, and then turn it into a video.

3. AI results

Videos and images made with AI can vary from one time to the next and won't always come out exactly as you imagined: the look, the pronunciation or the movement may differ. That is why you have a remake or a refund, as described in section 10.

4. Who can use the service and how to sign in

• The service is for people aged 18 and over.
• There are no passwords. The email you give at payment opens "My greetings" for you. To sign in from another device, we email you a one-time code that is valid for 10 minutes. A sign-in link in our emails is valid for 7 days.
• Keep access to your email safe, because anyone who can open it can also open your account with us.

5. The photos and words you upload

• Only upload photos you are allowed to use, and only of people who have agreed. For a photo of a child, you must be the parent or guardian, or have their permission.
• Do not upload or request sexual, violent, humiliating, misleading or illegal content, and do not use photos of public figures or celebrities.
• Google's system may refuse a photo or a wording. Your options in that case are described in section 10.
• You are responsible for the photos and words you upload, and for the greetings you send.

6. Reporting and removal

Anyone who appears in a video or received it can ask for it to be removed, through the "Report or remove this video" link on the greeting page or by email at operations@hug4you.com. We review every report within 48 hours at most. A video that breaks these terms is removed, and so is a video that a person appearing in it asks to remove. Removing a video after a report does not give an automatic refund; contact us if you think it was a mistake.

7. Prices and payment

• Prices are final, in shekels, and shown before payment: an 8-second greeting for ₪19, a 15-second greeting for ₪29, and a pack of 5 eight-second greetings for ₪69.
• Payment is one-time, with no subscription and no recurring charges. You pay by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through the payment provider. We do not store your card details.
• Right after payment we email you an order confirmation with the dealer's name, dealer number and address. The receipt arrives in a separate email.
• Prices may change. The price that counts is the one shown to you at payment.

8. Pack of 5 greetings

• The pack includes 5 greetings of 8 seconds. A 15-second greeting counts as 2.
• Greetings in the pack never expire.
• They cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money, except by cancellation under section 9.

9. Cancelling a purchase

• Every greeting is made especially for you, so it cannot be cancelled once making has started, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. This does not affect your right to a remake or a refund when something doesn't come out well (section 10).
• The 5-greeting pack can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, for the greetings not yet used, with no cancellation fee. We refund ₪13.80 for each unused greeting.
• How to cancel: through the "Cancel a purchase" form at the bottom of every page, or by email at operations@hug4you.com. Include the email you paid with and the purchase you want to cancel.
• The money is returned to your payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

10. Remakes and refunds

• A video we couldn't make: you don't pay for it. We try once more when possible, and if we still can't, we refund the full amount, or the greeting goes back into your pack.
• A refused photo: you can choose to make the greeting without the photo, at no extra cost, or get your money back. If you don't choose within 24 hours, the money is refunded automatically.
• "Didn't come out well?": when you used a photo of a person, you can ask for one free remake from the same details. The new video replaces the old one. If it still isn't good, you get a full refund.
• More refunds: each customer gets one automatic refund for "Didn't come out well". Further requests are reviewed by a person. Videos we couldn't make don't count towards this.
• After a refund: the greeting's link and download stop working, and the video is deleted.
• Nothing in this section limits your rights under the law.

11. Content rights

• The photos and words you upload remain yours. You allow us to use them only to make your greetings, keep them in "My greetings" and send them to you. We will not use them for AI training, advertising or a public gallery.
• You may keep, download and send the videos and images made for you, for personal, non-commercial use.
• The website, its design, the greeters, the templates and the texts on the site belong to Hug4You.
• Videos made by Google may include an invisible digital watermark that marks them as AI-made. We do not remove it.

12. Fair use

Do not get around the limits of the service, for example on the number of free images, try to break into our systems, run bots, or use the service to harm others. In such cases we may block access to the service.

13. Liability

• We make reasonable efforts to keep the service working properly, but faults and interruptions can happen.
• Anyone who has a greeting's link can watch it. You decide who to share the link with.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the greeting that caused the damage. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Law or any other law.

14. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms from time to time, and the current version will be published here with its update date. Each purchase is subject to the terms in force when it was made.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The Magistrate's Court in Tel Aviv-Yafo has exclusive jurisdiction.
